I’m a First Nations and European executive, strategist, and operator with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen operations, and build sustainable impact.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, operational leadership, and execution. I partner with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and Indigenous organizations to bring clarity to complexity, strengthen organizational foundations, and turn ambitious ideas into results that actually last.

I’m known for being direct, practical, and solutions-focused. Some people jokingly call me “The Dream Killer” because I ask the hard questions early, identify gaps others miss, and challenge ideas that aren’t built for long-term success.

Good leadership is not about telling people what they want to hear. It’s about building organizations, systems, and strategies that can survive growth, pressure, and real-world execution.

Over the years, I’ve led national conferences, scaled organizations through periods of transformation, secured major partnerships and sponsorships, strengthened governance structures, and supported leadership teams across Indigenous, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

My approach combines strategic thinking with operational reality. I believe strong organizations are built through clarity, accountability, alignment, and leadership that is willing to have honest conversations.
